The Most Precious Anointing

Sermon by Neal Frisby CD#1436 12/17/80 PM

We are going to have a great time ahead. You cannot count what he has done here (Capstone Cathedral). The Lord is way ahead of time. He is going to bless. There is no greater wisdom than the way the Lord does things to fool the devil. He will put it right in front of them and make them think it is the devil, that is, those who don’t believe in Him. How many of you can say, Praise the Lord? He is good at that. We know it is supernatural, don’t we? It’s the power of God. The true Pentecostals know His word. They know that signs and wonders follow the word of the Lord. They know His presence and they know that the work is of the Lord. I am saying this because of what Jesus Himself had to go through. Many of you have been anointed by God. You have the word of God. Don’t ever go by what people tell you. Only rely on the word of God. Be confident in yourself and the Lord, and you will be blessed. So, great times are coming. I really believe that. I want you to get a hold of the Lord in a special way. Don’t be negative.  Always in your heart; think about what he is going to do, think about the fact that you are getting closer to the translation. Remember that your time is getting shorter on the earth. You have only a second to work. Time is like a vapor; keep that in your heart. We have to be careful at the end of the age because everything that comes will not be from the Lord. They may come in His name, but it will be a trick. We won’t be deceived because we know the word of the Lord.

The word of God shall come alive in their hearts and I shall put a flame in their hearts and tongues. I shall guide them with spiritual eyes. They shall surely hear spiritual things tonight. For I have hidden some of this and will reveal it now (Brother Frisby’s word of prophecy).

  1. Now, the Most Precious Anointing: The Most Precious Anointing costs something and it can cost you your life. Isaiah 61: 1 – 3 and Luke 4: 17 -20 are the same kind of scriptures and they match each other. There are some marvelous insights in these two scriptures. I felt led of the Lord to bring this revelation out. Today, the Lord moved on me, I saw this revelation and he brought it to me. Turn with me to Luke 4: 17 – 20. Then, we will go to Isaiah and see how the two scriptures match. There is much more to these scriptures than most realize. He had not even started His ministry and they wanted to kill Him right there because of the anointing.

a.               And there was delivered to him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book… (Luke 4: 17). He called for that book or the word “delivered” would not have been there. He chose the book of Isaiah to inaugurate the power on Him. He could have chosen the book of Daniel, who He loved very much, or any of the other prophets or the psalms. But at this point in the gospel of Luke, he chose the book of Isaiah. Isaiah is a book within a book in the bible

b.              The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath chosen me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised” (v. 18). “To preach the acceptable year of the Lord” (v. 19). “And he closed the book…. And the eyes of all of them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him” (v. 20). He began to talk to them. Right away, tension was in the air. Bitterness and hatred began to come upon them as He read the scripture because of the anointing on Him. They wondered at His words. They said marvelous things had come out of the mouth of Joseph’s son. They had yet to know Him. Jesus came to the Jews, the lost sheep of Israel. By this, He was letting them know that the people He was sent to were predestined; it was providential the very ones he would speak to. He spent two days with the Samaritans, but he was sent to the Jews (John 4: 40). Later, His disciples went to the Gentiles. He was telling them that God had sent Him to those who had been appointed by faith; the rest, He came to them as a witness. But the people did not believe Him because they did not understand the scriptures.

c.               But I tell you of a truth, many widows were in Israel in the days of Elias…. But unto none of them was Elias sent, save unto Sarepta, a city of Sidon, unto a woman that was a widow” (vs. 25 & 26). That was Elijah the prophet.  He mentioned Elijah for a purpose. One time Obadiah said to Elijah, “I am afraid you will disappear” (1 Kings 17: 12). God used Elijah in a special way. Sometimes, he disappeared and was transported. Eventually, he disappeared altogether. Jesus mentioned that because he was about to do something. Then, He mentioned Elisha cleansing Naaman, the leper, because those two (the widow and Naaman) were appointed to come to the ministries of these two prophets. Others were left with nothing. Elijah was only appointed to go to that widow.

d.              He continued to talk to them and a powerful anointing began to go into motion. The power of that light that was on Him was incredible. He was about to go and do great miracles. The Messianic anointing was about to appear as it is appearing now at the end of the age. God will not take it out or we will all be slaughtered and killed. He is going to have a translation and those left in the tribulation will flee “And all the people in the synagogue…were filled with wrath…. And they rose up and thrust him out of the city and led him unto the brow of the hill…that they might cast him down headlong” (vs. 28 & 29). He was going to inaugurate His ministry and they wanted to inaugurate His death. They laid a hold on Him but being that He was eternal and of the Holy Spirit completely, they could do nothing until the time came. They laid a hold on Him. They were going to throw Him down the cliff but something took place.

e.               And he passing through the midst of them went his way” (v. 30). Somehow, Jesus reversed the atomic structures and molecules. When He did, He just disappeared and went to another place where He started His ministry.  That is supernatural. All of a sudden, the boat that was on the sea was at the seashore (John 6: 21). This is in a different dimension that we don’t know about, but it took place. That alone ought to shock them, when He just disappeared. They couldn’t see Him any longer. He had disappeared. God can do these things. He doesn’t have to travel anywhere; all He has to do is to put you into a dimension. When He passed through the midst of them, He went His way. That is supernatural. He mentioned Elijah, the prophet, to whom the same thing occurred. Finally, he was caught up in the chariot of fire. So, there was a great miracle. He went out of their hands and disappeared. They were dealing with something supernatural. They couldn’t handle it.

f.                And He came down to Capernaum, a city of Galilee, and taught them on the Sabbath days” (v. 31). This verse said, “He came down.” He disappeared and came down. Well, Phillip was last seen talking to the Ethiopian eunuch; he disappeared and was seen in Azotus (Acts 8: 40). He was carried away by the Holy Spirit. We are going to come down on the throne. That is exactly what is going to happen. The power of the Lord will get the people in such a way that they are going to be caught up in ecstasy with the Lord. He will anoint the people to take them away. Just before they can reach out and mark you, you are going to disappear out of their hands. He will say, “Come up, hither.” Then, the mark will be issued. The foolish will be running and hiding in the wilderness but God will take His children. There will be forty-two months of wrath upon the earth. There will be seven years of tribulation; the last forty-two months will be the period of great tribulation upon the earth.

g.               And they were astonished at his doctrine, for his word was with power” (v. 32). I got this from the Lord; His word got Him out of their hands and they couldn’t get a hold of Him. Enoch was walking around preaching the gospel and he just disappeared because God took him. This shows us that as this anointing increases and the power of God comes upon His people—let the world call it what they want to—the power and anointing  (Messianic anoint) will become so strong that one day down the line, we are going to disappear and be with the Lord. As the anointing of the translation gets more potent and more powerful, just before the mark of the beast, He will take away His elect. The anointing at Capstone will become powerful. If you do not really mean business, you can’t stand it. It has nothing to do with man. It is not man’s work; it is the power of Christ. Before the mark of the beast can come on the people, the Lord will catch them away. So. We will grow until the bride becomes powerful.

2.               It is the power of God that has kept me since I came (to Arizona) from California. I will be here until He calls me. It is predestinated and providential. I know that. I know that satan will pull all he wants to, but I have seen too much of the Lord. Praise the Lord Jesus! Always be confident, be ready and be found faithful. Faithfulness is one of the qualities of the bride. Let the power of the Lord remain in you in such a way that it will keep you confident, full of the light of the Lord. Believe what the Lord has said about the translation and the resurrection. Have no doubt about it; unbelief is sin.

3.               The Spirit of the Lord is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good things to the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound”  (Isaiah 61: 1). This anointing will come again and do the same things that He did; the works that I did shall you do. If someone has problems overseas, I believe with my heart that they will appear and disappear. If someone needs to move a mountain, it shall be moved. This is the type of anointing that is in the thunders. These things are supernatural. They are not done by imagination, but according to the power of God. They are not done by wishful thinking, but according to the plans and patterns of God. He does not raise all the dead that are dead, but sometimes for the glory of God, He will raise somebody up. He does whatsoever he will. Before the end of the age, we will see people rising again. We will see the power of God.

4.               There has been a lull, but the Lord will come again with a fiery power at the end of the age. You have to expect revival in your heart. You can pray but it will come at His time. It was time when He stepped out of eternity to be born as a baby. The gifts that the wise men brought prophesied what he would do. They brought gold which showed that He was a Royal King. Frankincense and myrrh showed his suffering, death and resurrection. It was timed for the shepherds to come first. It was timed for the wise men to come from the east. Everything was timed. Jesus knew exactly to the last second when the minister would hand Him the book of Isaiah in the synagogue. It was time and He stepped out of eternity to do what Isaiah prophesied. Isaiah predicted what He would do. He came several hundred years later in the gospel of Luke to fulfill that. When it is time, He will step right in to get us. He is here right now, but when He comes in a dimension, we will be gone with Him.

5.               When He mentioned that he would deliver the people (in Luke) they wanted to kill Him, but he disappeared. The demon powers are real. They are the troublemakers that cause your sicknesses and troubles. When you know that, you have the victory. They confronted Jesus Christ and tried to kill Him. You want to block them with the word of God. Remember what they did to Jesus. He was looking at different dimensions when He was reading that scripture. He wanted to show His disciples what he was up against. He could have called for twelve legions of angels, but He died to save the people. Just where you are sitting, there are two dimensions, the physical and the supernatural. If you could see the supernatural, you cannot stay in this place. He is preparing you to be in the supernatural dimension. If you follow the word, you are brought into a supernatural dimension. Right where you are, there are angels all around.

a.               “…to comfort all that mourn” (Isaiah 61:  2). He came to the people that were destined. He had certain ones that He had to meet. He comforted those that mourned; those that came to him, sinners and all, He comforted them.

b.              To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called the trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified” (v. 3). No matter what sorrow or problem you have, He will give you the beauty of the Lord. There is an anointing that heals and casts devils out. There is an anointing that brings forth the oil of joy for mourning. If you enter into the anointing, you will wind up with a supernatural joy that you can’t buy, that you cannot understand. At the end of the age, He is going to give you the anointing of joy. The bride will have the anointing of joy before they meet the Bridegroom. Don’t allow yourself to be burdened. Begin to praise the Lord and the Spirit will pop the burden and get rid of that heaviness. The Spirit will pop the bubble of heaviness. This is coming from the Lord. The seven-fold anointing was with Jesus as He stood before them. There was a commotion in the other world. That anointing is coming upon the bride when people prepare their hearts. If you don’t believe in the supernatural, you can’t believe in anything. He will give the bride the garment of praise and remove the heaviness. The elect bride will have beauty for ashes. The Lord will replace all the heaviness with a kind of beauty from the Lord. Moses’s face was shining in the presence of the Lord. At the end of the age, your face will shine. The anointing will replace the offences and heaviness. Beauty for ashes will fall upon the bride. The mantel of praise will fall upon the bride. The bride makes herself ready.

c.               “…that they might be called the trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord” (v. 3). There is a true vine and a false vine. There is the bride that will be carried away. The vine of the Lord that He planted before the foundation of the world. People say the Lord delayeth His coming—scoffers—but that is when He is going to come. People will drift away. The people that love the Lord will not fall away. At the end of the age, wait and it will come. He said Israel will go to their homeland; they did. He said the former revival will come and it did. He said the latter rain will come; it will come with great power. It will come at the appropriate time. The power of the former and latter rain will come together and it will come with tremendous power. The rain must come at the appropriate time to have a bountiful harvest, great crop.

6.              The power of the Lord will come on the people and they will have the oil of joy, beauty for ashes and the garment of praise. The rain has to come right. The tares will be bundled and separated from the true bride. They are bundled and locked up in the Babylonian system. They can’t come to the bride. The Lord will save some of them. At that time, the thunders will sound and this is typical of the great revival, the quick short work. When they are bundled, they can’t join the bride. The bride will be standing alone like Israel dwelled alone. But the bible said God was with them and they couldn’t touch them.  The bride of the Lord will be alone in the power of God getting ready to go away.

7.               I am waiting for what God told me. There is timing with the Lord. Don’t look for numbers and organizations. Wait on the Lord. Great things have happened in the building (Capstone Cathedral). We need more of the things we have. You are in a revival; each time I come here, there is great power. You can accept it or you can starve. We are in a revival. I feel it. I am not saying this is the last work of the Lord, but we are in a revival and much more is coming.

8.               We are in a revival. The only thing we can do is to look for more. Don’t say God is not doing anything. He is always doing something. We have been in one of the greatest revivals in this building. Something is going on. Those that have faith, they can sit down with God. He is going to make rivers in the desert. We are the planting of the Lord.  The wind of the Lord will move upon the planting. If people can’t catch this, wisdom is too high for a fool. He brought the message because He is going to sober you up and talk to you. Sitting in His presence, under this anointing, you are going to do more than some minsters.

9.              For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth” (Job 19: 25). Job suffered in ashes, mourning and under the oppression of his friends. He suffered for a moment. At the end, the Lord turned the ashes to beauty and gave him the garment of praise.  This is typical of what the bride will experience. In spite of what his friends (organized religion) said, Job confessed, “I know that my redeemer liveth…. (vs. 25 – 27). The trials did not break him. Each of us should believe and hold these words. “Whom I shall see for myself, and mine eyes shall behold, and not another; though my reins be consumed within me” (v. 27). I will not see another, but the One that passed through, the Lord. Out of these ashes came beauty. He was revived and he triumphed.

10.           Lift up your hands in the sanctuary, and praise the Lord” Psalm 134: 2). “For who in the heaven can be compared unto the Lord…. God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the saints…” (Psalm 89: 6 & 7). “Oh that men would praise the Lord for his goodness….Let them exalt him also in the congregation of the people…” (Psalm 107: 31 & 32). “Praise the Lord. Sing unto the Lord a new song and his praise in the congregation of saints” (Psalm 149: 1). He is telling you how to get the garment of praise. Exalt the Lord. Let’s look forward to more of this revival. He is going to put more smoke in it. Heat up the fire and let’s look up. We are going into a great power of God. The rain will come at the right time and bring a great crop.

Lord, I pray in my heart, touch the people tonight. It’s because of the prayers and the efforts of the people of the Old Testament, that’s what makes it easy on the United States. That’s prophecy. Glory, Alleluia! That seed reached in clear over here, according to the bible—the prayers of the prophets, the prayer of the Lord Jesus—that’s why such a great nation has come; that’s why such a great people that love God came upon the earth. But they are beginning to turn; the nations are turning their back on God. It is now that the real people of God need to get a firm grip and stay in because it is the hour of the coming of the Lord and He shall come soon. Bless them here tonight, Lord. Whatever their needs are, I believe you are going to meet their needs. Can’t you feel the power of God? Just relax, can you relax? The Holy Spirit is a great relaxer. He will take away the oppression, even possession, if you have it. He will heal and He will cure. Let your anxiety and tension go and the Lord will bless you.

1.       Tonight, Step by Step into Heaven: How far do you want to go up the spiritual ladder tonight or in the days ahead? It’s a kind of sermon that reveals things to you. It shows our journey in this life. The dream/vision that came to Jacob reveals many things. In the great pyramid that is in Egypt—this is symbolism—in the pyramid, there are seven overlapping steps that lead to the veil. They represent the church ages and so forth. The sermon tonight is about Jacob’s ladder.

2.     Turn to Genesis 28: 10-17:

a.               And Jacob went out from Beersheba, and went toward Haran. And he lighted upon a certain place and tarried there all night…and he took of the stones of that place, and put them for his pillows, and he lay down to sleep” (vs. 10-11). The scripture says “stones”, but when it gets through, it says “stone” (vs. 18 & 22). He took the stones for his pillows. Yes, he was tough, wasn’t he? He was a prince with God and became a very wealthy man, too. He was great prince with the Lord. The Lord got some of that conniving out of him. But he was tough. He just got stones together and he was going to lay his head on them as a pillow. He was going to lie down there in the open. We have it too easy today, don’t we? Maybe it’s showing us that sometimes when you rough it out a bit, the Lord will appear to you. Well, He revealed to Jacob the steps of his life. Finally, the steps of his seed, the elect that will come. The Lord is showing us something here.

b.              And he dreamed, and behold a ladder was set up on earth, and the top of it reached to heaven; and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it” (v.12). Note that the ladder was not from heaven to earth. It was set up from earth to heaven. That is the word of God. There are messengers coming back and forth. Through the word of God, we either reject his ladder or we are going to go up this ladder. Can you say, Amen? Praise the Lord. I might also say that the stone (s) he collected was the very Headstone. Oh, Christ was with him. He laid right down on Him. This is one time Jacob got as close as John—remember he (John) lay on the Lord’s bosom (John 13: 23). The ladder with angels ascending and descending was glorious as you look upon the spiritual scene.

c.               And, behold, the Lord stood above it and said, I am the Lord God of Abraham thy father, and the God of Isaac, the land whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed” (v. 13). It wasn’t just angels going up and down the ladder, the scripture says, “Behold, the Lord stood above it. “ Also, He told Jacob, “Where you are lying down, I am going to give it to you.”

d.              And thy seed shall be as the dust of the earth…and in thee and in thy seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed” (v. 14). That covers everything, doesn’t it? The spiritual seed as well; not only the Jewish lineage, but also the gentiles—the bride of the Lord Jesus Christ, the elect of God, and many of the compartments of the wheel within the wheel of the church. “And in thy seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed”—that is A-L-L. How wonderful it is? Such a great power. See; it shows you the faith blessings to all the families of the earth. By faith, we have got the God of Jacob when we got the Messiah. Isn’t that wonderful? He never changes. Glory, Alleluia!

e.               And, behold, I am with thee and will keep thee in all the places thou goest, and will bring thee again to this land; for I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of” (v. 15). Jacob went over there, met Laban and he came back just as the Lord has said. He laid down his head on that stone with the angels going back and forth and with the Lord standing above the ladder. He came right back and wrestled with the Person that put the ladder there until He blessed him. Can you say, Amen? Going out, he saw a ladder and coming back he wrestled with the Person that put the ladder there. “I will not leave thee.” God will never leave you. You can walk out on Him, but He will never leave you. He is right there, “until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of.”

f.                And Jacob awaked out of his sleep, and he said, Surely the Lord is in this place; and I knew it not” (v. 16). It’s like in this city (Phoenix, AZ), Capstone Cathedral, the Lord is in this place and they know it not. How many of you caught that? When He does something great, He will put it right in front of the people for a sign and they will miss it every time. He is a great God.

g.               And he was afraid, and said, How dreadful is this place! This is none other but the house of God, and this is the gate to heaven” (v. 17). He respected the Lord so much; it was frightening. He said this is none other but the house of God. He didn’t understand all about what he had seen, but he knew it was supernatural. For all of his life, he thought about the things that God had shown him. He couldn’t figure it out; it was a struggle, step by step that seed would come—the Israelites. Look at them over there (in their homeland) today, step by step until Armageddon—until it’s all over. The Lord said so, “Until it is all over with, I will be with that seed. Isn’t that wonderful?

3.               The ladder going from earth to heaven—it shows you each step is providential going into heaven (Proverbs 4: 12). It shows the messengers going back and forth, the angels bringing messages to the people; the ladder is the word of God going back and forth from God—“It shows your way shall be opened up to you step by step in my ladder.” How wonderful it is! And in your life, sometimes, you get in a hurry; sometimes, you wonder how this thing that you have been asking for, you have not received it yet. Sometimes, it is faith. However, some things are providential and predestined; none can move them, they are destiny. If you hold on to the word like Jacob, believe me, the Lord will meet your need and He will direct you step by step. But you’ve got to let Him guide the first, second and third step before you can jump into the seventh or eighth step. .

4.               Step by step, if you understand that in your life—no matter what step you are in your life right now. There are many steps; a few of them you must have missed and God guided you back. You got off step. You got off the trail. He guided you right back in step into unity. What you want to do is this: In your heart and mind, like Jacob, picture yourself being with that Headstone. You see, he laid his head on the Headstone, the very Christ—the Pillar of Fire. Moses looked over and saw a burning bush. Can you praise the Lord?

5.              Step by step, you get in tune with the Lord and say, I want you to order my life, step by step, no matter how long. I will not be impatient, but I will be patient with you. I will wait until you guide my life step by step through the trials, through the tests, through the joy, mountains and valleys. I will take it step by step with you with all my heart.” You will win; you can’t lose. But if you get your mind on other people, the failures of other people and some of your own failures; if you start looking at things from that standpoint, you are going to get out of step again. He said He will never leave you or forsake you until He has done “whatever in this life He has purposed and predestinated by providence for you. Until it is all over with, He will be with you.” Then, of course, you go into a spiritual plane, into another place—we know that.

6.              And so, step by step, the way will be opened up before you. And Jacob said God is in this place. You know, Jacob was probably thinking about what he would do when he got to where he was going. You know Jacob was very materialistic in his mind. He was thinking about all these things he was going to do. He was thinking about everything but God. Finally, he was so tired; he had his mind on so many things. He left one place, he was going to another. He was probably thinking, “Why did this happen to me?” God’s hand was upon him. He had so many things on his mind—running from his brother and going to Laban. Suddenly, when that happened to him—the heavens opened up—the angels going back and forth; he saw all these things moving. The Lord was trying to make him to understand, “Jacob, there is action; we don’t just sit around the place, we move up and down.” Glory! “I am working with you right now. I am planning your whole life. You think nothing is happening. I have got a lot ahead for you. Your boy is going to rule Egypt.” Oh, Lord, thank you! The boy has not even come yet. All your life, I am planning it—clear to the end when you stand before Pharaoh and to the last day when you lean upon your staff and bless the twelve tribes.” Glory! Isn’t that wonderful? Glory to God!

7.               And so, Jacob got up and said, “Oh me, I didn’t know that God was a million miles from this place and I fell down on this rock. This must be where he lives.” We found out that God followed him everywhere he went. He didn’t have to come back to that place (to find God). But He scared him. He was afraid because the last thing on his mind was to come into where God lived. Can you say, Amen? The Lord is full of surprises. It says in the bible, be careful less you entertain angels unawares. That’s what happened to him. Angels appeared to Abraham—the Lord and two angels. Jacob was lying down here and angels came unexpectedly. Be careful, you entertain angels unawares. Jacob’s whole life was planned. God was active. Those angels were going up and down through there and they help the children of God in the same way.

8.              Our lives are step by step on the ladder of life and that ladder is taking us on to heaven. And I will provide a way; providentially, step by step will I lead thee and guide thee.” Jacob said he was afraid. He said this is the house of God and this is the gate of heaven. “And Jacob rose up…and took the stone that he has put for his pillows, and set it up for a pillar, and poured oil upon the top of it” (v. 18). One time, the three disciples were with the Lord and His face was changed; His face was altered like lightning—the very Headstone, the Capstone, the Lord Jesus Christ. His face was altered like lightning and He stood before them in a cloud with a voice and great power. And the disciples said, this is the place of God here. Let’s build a temple here. You see what happens to them; they get so caught away in that dimension. It’s so wonderful and so powerful that they always get beside themselves. “He took the stone…” It says here the stone that he took and put for his pillows—he set up a pillar and poured oil upon it, like he was anointing something. As far as we know, the Lord comforted him and made it look like a stone but it might have been symbolic and typifying the Pillar of heaven because it is called the Pillar of Fire. The Pillar of Fire drew him into dreams and visions. He poured oil upon it like an anointing. He called the name of the place Bethel (v. 19). Jacob vowed that he would do what the Lord said and he asked the Lord to help him in everything that he would do. Then, Jacob went on about his life (v. 20).

9.              Tonight, how far up the ladder do you want to go? How many really want to get to heaven? Does it mean much to you as it meant to Jacob? If you really believe Him in your heart tonight, you can take a new step with God. Believe me, those messengers going back and forth are your messengers. These are the messengers of God, particularly used in the visionary dream. They were used as messengers and they came from the Mount of God—back and forth—to help the seed that He said will be all the families of the earth, like the dust of the earth. These same messengers are coming to us up and down from heaven and they are delivering His people. I believe tonight that you have messengers with you and that God will encamp around those that have faith. There is great power in this place, this very Capstone and they know it not. You shall have whatsoever you say, if you have power to believe it. Amen. There is deliverance in the power of the Lord.

10.           Jacob felt like praising the Lord and the bible said it this way in Psalm 40: 3, “And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God…” Jacob had a new song in his heart, didn’t he? How wonderful it is! And then, Psalm 13:6, “I will sing unto the Lord because he has dealt bountifully with me.” He will be with you tonight. How would He do it? By praising the Lord, He will give you a miracle. “Sing praises to the Lord, which dwelleth in Zion; declare among the people his doings” (Psalm 9: 11). Here, it tells you to shout the victory, tell the people of His wonderful things and He will deal with you in a wonderful way. You have to cause/create an atmosphere of power. Believe me, for a moment when he (Jacob) poured oil on that stone, there was an atmosphere in that place. Amen.

11.             Make a joyful noise unto the Lord….come before his presence with singing” (Psalm 100: 1 & 2). When you come, you come into His presence with joy and you come into His presence with singing. All over the bible, it tells you how you can receive in the church the things that God has. Sometimes, people come and they are angry with someone or they come here and something is wrong. How do you ever expect to get something from the Lord? If you come with the right attitude to God, you can’t fail to get a blessing each time you come to church. “I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify him with thanksgiving” (Psalm 69: 30). Come singing, come praising the Lord. These are the secrets of God, the power of the Lord and the secrets of the prophets, too. “Therefore will I give thanks unto thee, O Lord, among the heathen, and sing praises unto thy name” (Psalm 18: 49). Do you believe that, tonight? Every one of you, each of you should have a song in your heart. You can have a new song in your heart. The blessings of the Lord are for you. Tonight, we have got our heads laid down on the Headstone—the place of the power of God. He is all around you. Isn’t that wonderful? I feel it; I feel the power of the Lord too.

12.            The Lord led me to go this way, Acts 16: 25 & 26; we are headed for an earthquake with all that is going on. Praising the Lord shakes things, Amen. It will quake the devil and drive him off. “And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken; and immediately all the doors were opened, and everyone’s bands were loosed” (v. 26). You begin to praise the Lord, you begin to thank the Lord always in your heart, no matter what, there will be doors opening. Praise God. He will open the doors and will let you go free. I believe that the last revival that the Lord is going to send is going to come through praising the Lord, through faith and the power of the Lord, but you’ve got to have faith. It is impossible to please the Lord unless you have faith (Hebrews 11: 6). Each one of you is given a measure of faith. You may not be using it; it may be lying there negative, but it is there. It is up to you to allow that faith to grow by expecting in your heart and by giving thanksgiving and praise to the Lord.

13.            Believe me that ladder going to heaven; those messengers going back and forth are on a bidding/mission and their job is whatever you ask, you shall receive. Seek and you shall receive. This is a wonderful lesson in the power of God and the doors will open immediately. So, we see that the steps in the ladder revealed in Jacob’s life, in the families of the earth and in all the elect seed on the earth, that the Headstone will indeed be with them—that it is close as laying your head on it—the power of God. Moreover, it revealed that providentially those people chosen by God of the seed to come upon the earth—the Gentiles—and all the families of the earth will be blessed, but they have to receive the salvation through the Messiah—the Root, the creator and the Offspring of David. So, we see the ladder was meant for the seed on the earth. Step by step, He will lead His children and step by step—with His messengers going back and forth—at the end of the age, we will go up and meet God at the top of it. Isn’t that wonderful? How many of you can say, Praise the Lord? We are going to come up this spiritual ladder.

14.            Make a spiritual move into the kingdom of God. Promise the Lord in your heart, “Lord, guide me step by step, no matter what the devil tries to do to blow me one way or the other, I am going to set my course right in there and I am going to believe with all my heart.” I believe those messengers are coming back and forth to those that believe the Lord Jesus, the great Headstone. Jacob did not reject Him. He used Him as a pillow and poured oil on Him. That was all representative of the Chief Headstone. The bible said in the New Testament that Jesus Christ was the Main Headstone that was rejected. The Greek called it the Capstone. So, tonight I am receiving the headstone, the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the Very One that will bless your heart. We are going into a spiritual move and a restoration with the Lord in the next few years or month or whatever time He has, we will go in and have a revival with the Lord. Dreams and visions are very important, aren’t they? And the bible is true; that boy (Joseph) that came through him (Jacob) ruled Egypt and saved the whole world from famine.

15.            Somebody that was just out in the wilderness out there and didn’t know it, but the God of Israel was there. He is here tonight, closer to you than you have ever realized. When you lay down on your pillow tonight–I feel this from the Lord– that is how He is close to you and whatever you need. Think of your pillow as Jacob’s pillow. Believe that your pillow is the very Headstone of God with you and over you and He will bless you. Do you believe that? Let’s just praise the Lord. Glory to God! And you new ones, if it is a little too strong for you; I cannot lighten it, it’s going to get stronger. Why play around, just get in. That’s what the Lord Jesus likes about it too. When He Himself came and was working miracles in Israel, He got the job done and that’s what we have to do. If you want to get with God, just get right in. Don’t let pride keep you back. It is yours, it belongs to you, but you can’t get it if you don’t open the door. Just get it there and travel on your way step by step to heaven.
